Gooey chick in shell!

I'm on my second hatch, the first went great! One chick hatched mid day 19 and now it's 8 hours into day 20. I have 7pips and one zip. The chick that's zipped I can see its really really gooey in there and it's having a hard time getting out. What do I do? What do I do when it hatches? What causes this?! I'm really worried!

3 chicks hatched with more pipped. This one is still stuck but I don't want to open the incubator! Any suggestions?!

It peeped mid day yesterday and has been zipped since I woke up. So sometime this morning. It has so much fluid! Some of it drained out but it's so gooey! :/

Weird. Is it a regular egg, has it been 21 days? Leave it alone. Let nature take its course, ive never ever had a chick die on me. Make sure humidity is 80% . 4 days b4 the hatch youre supposed to stop turning the eggs, so its set to hatch, did u do that? The temp should b constant at 99.5 degreess. After they come out, i move them in a tote thay has a red heat lamp. Which is supposed to be 90 -95 degrees, i usually : keep it 95 untill there dried off.
