Looks like she has bumblefoot. Can you go back to the vet and have the vet look at it?
I suspect this is pus:

Could bumblefoot progress so rapidly overnight. The vet did say that she had stage one of bumblefoot but there was no swelling or heat. The next day it was like this. What could cause it to progress so quickly if it is bumblefoot.

Did they do x-rays? It looks more like a broken toe healing crooked to me.

Yes they took x-rays and said they were all clear. But yes I too thought that they may have broken her toe during manipulation after x-ray.
