Sorry to bug you again but I’m worried (I guess my anxiety definitely got the best of me) the baby has made some progress and it’s bill is completely out now and I can see a foot to the very left of it’s bill. I had some of the membrane turn a brown and took the egg out to pick some of the dried areas away and barely had any blood if any being careful I didn’t hit any blood vessels. I also put some neosporin around the edge of the membrane that was leftThat can happen, it's a pretty common malposition. The good news is, a lot of the time they can still hatch on their own. Because it didn't get to internally pip, it still has a lot of absorbing to do. Don't start to worry that it's not progressing until it's been 30 to 48 hours from the external pip.
