I’ve had several goslings hatch this summer. They are a Toulouse/Chinese cross. Just pets. As you will see in the video the father had angel wing that i was not able to totally fix. Two of the babies also had angel wing but I think I’ve fixed it in them. Problem is, the one us started dropping the other wing (not the one that had angel wing). I’m not sure what is going on so I attached a video.
The other gosling has always walked kind of odd. It stays at the back and will always lay down when they stop walking. Her stride looks a little odd. I’m not sure what is wrong or if I’m just imagining it. She does lay down a lot more than the others.
They are free remake with their parents. They have access to chicken feed and fresh water all the time but usually eat grass and whatever else they eat in the pastures. When they hatched they were on chick starter for a month or so before i let them out with the parents to free range.
Any suggestions on what to do or how to fix either issue would be greatly appreciated. I’ve never seen this in geese before but i have limited experience with geese.
