Thanks only reason I don't know is because a friend gave it to me and he doesn't even know not even sure if it's a guy or girl
My other two are both Pomeranian girls
African/Chinese have black bills like your baby. You won't know for sure its a boy or girl for a little while.
If you want your geese to brood their own then do not let them adopt the new goslings.
If they raise their own those goslings wont be afraid of you, you are their food & treat source but they will be a bit wild compared to goslings raised by you.
Yea they probably will. Mine did. If left with the parents they wont be mean or scared just a little cautious and will for sure be little snots when trying to work with them if they ever needed to be picked up for any reason, like medical attention for example. There is a trick to this, when the goslings hatch take them away from the parents and brood them yourself for the first 2 wks. This tames them down and helps them to see you as part of the flock. Once the 2 wks is up return them, the parents will take them back. Ive done this with mine and had better behaved goslings. A member on here mentioned that they did that with theirs, thats why i tried it. It worked.
