well saying he MIGHT be kelso, or roundhead, or hatch,, is WAY more info then i could have given about him yesterday lol , i have 4 game hens,, aint sure which 2 i should put with him,,shoot, dont even know what they are,, they were "yard" birds, that went wherever in a guys yard that had stables,,, they cost me 12 guinea hens lol.

and MAN aint these girls jus wild lol,, HATE to be messed with,, screams like little girls when ya catch em lol.

That "flop" comb sure is that ol' pea headed blood from way back. Vcomb is spot on with his history for ya. Just call him a roundhead and put your name on him, thats what all the rest do, LOL. The "roundhead" comes from the head shape a pea combed fowl has compared to the straight combed birds, and all the breeds that carry the peacombs had some sort of "roundhead" added to em in their makeup. He looks nice, just wish he had had a little better care before you got him being stuck in that crate and all, but looks like he is gonna be in good hands now, lucky for him and you

,, and yup,, i got the game addiction going lol. and he looks just like yours,, and he's commin round with me,, lol,, i guess it just takes someone that dont mind him bein HIM, and taking the scars that come with it,,lol,, and the other day i was talking to a woman that said her husband has all kinds of games, he tried selling them but didnt cause of their location, and has a bunch just free ranging,, so soon i'll be going to their place and taking a look and see what i can come home with

hers the last 2 that hatched,, from the hens i got pic'd and my black grey,,, man imma soooo proud of them lol

Very nice chicks, can really see that black grey coming out in them. Goin' for more huh....

.... thats awesome, I wish more people would give gamefowl a chance, they are so fun to raise.

It just takes some handling with them acting a little "bitey", to get them to calm down when handled. Good luck friend with them young ones, and keep us all updated....

My game hen is due tomorrow, and hers are half BANTAM!! Well most anyway! I haven't had my game roo for very long, but some might be his! I guess if they come out blue, they're bantams, and any other color would be full game! It will be very interesting!​
