Granny's gone and done it again

Sounds good to me and then you can use any leftovers for a noonish meal.
 
I made the gumfaux from simmering the turkey carcass and neck with celery and onions overnight. I strained it all out and added fresh celery and onions. I was going to use leftover turkey in it, but the campers ate it all so I had to run get some rotisserie chickens and then pick the meat from them. Lots of meat, lots if garlic. It's hale and hearty.
