Granny's gone and done it again

I have nest box inside and outside the coop. Some lay inside but most do outside. They also sleep there at night and the nests stay dirty. The turkey has decided to join them up there and not the nests are full of poop. Then they lay their eggs in it. I am thinking of taking it down and leaving a perch but will they go inside to lay ?

You'll probably have to retrain them. Mine do the same. It makes me so mad.

I was living with it til the turkey joined them . he dont go #2 he goes #10. Think I should take the whole thing down ?

I never seen such a dead @ss thread ! One time Im sick and dont have the energy to even get out of the chair and not a soul to talk to.

Same as Mare. Headache started yesterday, and I barely slept, just little naps. Head and face is throbbing, advil has failed me.

Just got up to eat, first food today, which may have been a mistake. Better eat some chocolate ice cream, just in case.

They're roosting in it or above it? They always want to be higher, so it you lower the box or put a higher roost that'll encourage them to change.
