Banty, she looks like a crested cream legbar. If she has any Welsummer, she must be crossed with something. Very cute! I love those small crests.

When they have the marathons, I use the fundraising portion to do a mini chore... bring in some firewood, change cage waters, put dishes away... alleviates a lot of guilt that way.

Cold and foggy morning here! Got the boys off to work & school, took Z to the park and am home now to start with some serious cleaning -- also have a goal of doing final organization on the last of things from the move that have been sitting in boxes out in the laundry room/old garage.....we'll see how much I actually get done, lol.

OMG Camping,That took me an hr ?  My back is so tight it feels like plywood.  I cant do that stuff. Good thing I didnt have to feed them too.

My whole life. We almost went to a public school in second grade, but mom decided to keep us home. Stuck in a house with three whiny siblings all day...I'm the oldest of four, so of course I'm perfect

I just don't care much for the midget breed...they are precious but I worry about having them mixed with my big girls.
I don't have my second coop built yet....maybe I will start on one this summer! lol my DH is going to crap when he finds out a second coop is in the works in my head!
BUT after seeing in person the little seramas....I am quickly changing my mind.

My OEGB girl was a feisty little brat. She'd beat up any chicken that would let her. Probably not a serama though. OE Game B. Still very much game chickens
