Granny's gone and done it again

Camping, whippet 's back legs are longer than front ones. Looks like a greyhound mix. They are putting racing greyhounds in the shelters now for adoption so they will end up bred to who knows what & mixed breed can have bad personalities.

Twist, what is a diet egg?

lol a pee wee smaller then small seem to sell better calling them diet eggs

and they go for 18 for a buck Some of them are so small/light that they don't even move the scale. BUT it really impresses people if you tell them you had 6 (or more) eggs for a meal.

Hope you get some rest - sounds like you have a good day planned!

Going home this am. Will be back in a few hrs. Gd is running a fever so will check on her & feed critters. Have to stop on the way to get dogfood at DG.

I am glad you are getting out of the hospital for a spell, it's important to get that mental break - hope your GD feels better soon, no fun to have to worry about that and yoru DH all at the same time.

Sometimes I go to church smelling like horse. My friend likes horses, but she tries to spray with with smell-good stuff

Seriously, if Yankee candle made a candle that smelled like a barn, people would buy it. No joke. Maybe not me, but other people who really love horses - too much - would.

Absolutely - that plus "Fresh air winter cat" -- that smell that a cat (or dog) brings in from outside on a cold winter's day/night, there is something uniquely wonderful about it, especially if it comes with just the faintest hint of hay (barn cats) and wood smoke!

I absolutely can not get this dog to shut up. If I pet him or feed him something good that is the only time he is quiet.

CB is home - send him outside to wear that dog out! They could both use the fresh air and remind CB that mental exercise is as important as physical, so make it a training session for the pup and then some play time. Also, on the feeding for quiet -- you can make DIY treat/food dispensing toys/puzzles that exercise his mind and keep him occupied and prolong the time that it takes him to consume a "meal" so you stretch your quiet time *and* work on wearing him out a bit. You can find different DIY ones online with a little googling vs. paying the ridiculous prices on the commercial types.
