i have the same luck with straight run..i do like the sussex,camps were so pretty when she had them..these didn't make a sound and it took 3 hours to get home with them..yesssss Nugget is terrific..love her..

He ought to have a big blue BOY label stuck on him... crowing already! I like it when you can tell so early, but it's the late bloomers that break my heart when I get all attached and hopeful. What breed is he? Isabel color?
he's 3/4 isabel leghorn and 1/4 legbar. I -think- he's only got one copy of the barring gene. The overwhelming majority look male at this point, but we'll see. I've never had leghorns, and their combs are so big.
