I used to be a professional dog groomer. That's hard work. Just trimmed back old Charlie's tail, first time in 14 years i cut it. Gets too many burrs. Looks cute, the hair is about 5 inches long .

Boomer used to get burrs all the time and I'd shave him down. Even between his toes. The cats would beat him up for a few weeks because he looked completely different.

We always bought extra anyway, just in case. I'm happy to help, as long as I know where it's going.

I lost Wishing's quote, but our little school is pretty broke. It's a K-12 right between two HUGE school complexes. I think most kids transfer out for the better sports/extracurriculars. Over 40% of folks in my ZIP live beneath the poverty line, and I can't imagine they're much wealthier just one town over.
