true but if we didnt buy them they wouldnt breed them and put them in the small cups.    ?? maybe .   

They would still breed them. I've seen the same fish in Walmart for months. Dead rotting fish in the cups. But they still get more in. Same way with pet shops and puppy mills. It's an endless cycle.
