Granny's gone and done it again

nothing but veggies ?
I need to get back to my poultry/fish based diet. Starting to slowly do that. About the only time I eat red meat is if I make hamburgers. Lots of veggies and rarely eat potatoes. Lot's of 'colorful' veggies. Lot's of fruit. I have to admit I do feel better if I eat this diet. I just decided to splurge this holiday and get back on it after Christmas.

Plus I need to keep my weight down for my joints' sake.

If we eat meat I just make sure to get it from a local farm where they take really good care of their meat animals. It tastes a lot better too.

Fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds, everyone is a little different but we still eat some eggs from our own chickens. We also eat oatmeal, quinoa, rice, barley. As long as it isn't super processed but some people have different sensitvities.
I wish I could eat nuts. I LOVE nuts but several years ago I got roaring sick after eating pistachios. When I looked up the symptoms I was having, stomach pain, cramps, nausea, diarrhea, the only thing that came up was NUT ALLERGY! Got to thinking that I always have those symptoms when I eat any kind of nuts. I can eat peanuts. Good think I like legumes.

I do eggs also.

@grannyhatchet, 3 different Arthritis'? I only have two that I know of and that is quite enough for me, thankyouverymuchhaveaniceday!

@CapricornFarm, darling bunnies. Do I see a new building project in your future?

sounded more like diverticulosis. Nut allergy would effect your breathing.

Im gonna muck the spelling up but here goes. My hip bone density said I have osteoarthritis , Osteopenia and regular arthritis
Okay, osteoarthritis and regular arthritis? Hmmmmm. Osteopenia, I have also, but osteopenia isn't an arthritis but bone loss due to arthritis. Think of a Swiss cheese with a LOT of holes. That is Osteopenia.

Regular arthritis has me stumped. Regular arthritis usually refers to Osteo unless it Rheumatoid or Gout based.

Edit: there is also psoriatic arthritis.
