I can eat tenderized cubed steak that has been pan fried with only my lowers that are still good. Better to put my denture in. We get mostly cubed pork cutlets as they are more tender than cubed beef steaks.

I just tried the cubed pork when Toms DD was here. I have to say I liked the beef way better

I like both about the same. Still don't have my taste buds completely back for beef yet. I like both of them on the peppery side with white pepper.

Some years back we discovered that white pepper was black pepper without the hard outer layer ground in it. That hard outer later caused heartburn as it is indigestible. All the black part is good for is helping you see how much you are using.
