Granny's gone and done it again

I can eat tenderized cubed steak that has been pan fried with only my lowers that are still good. Better to put my denture in. We get mostly cubed pork cutlets as they are more tender than cubed beef steaks.
I just tried the cubed pork when Toms DD was here. I have to say I liked the beef way better
 
I caught tenderize pork cutlets on sale for $1.38 a pound a few weeks back and stocked up.

I like both about the same. Still don't have my taste buds completely back for beef yet. I like both of them on the peppery side with white pepper.
