Hi Granny. I am doing better than you ,but not great. Getting older is no picnic. My depression is giving me issues. Need to spend some time outside if it will warm up and the wind will let up.

I didn't get to say goodbye to my Dad either. But I know he knew I loved him with all my heart.My Dad feared the nursing home. But he died a week after open heart surgery, so he never had to. It still hurts me that I couldn't say goodbye to him because we were packing to move to FL to help my parents.
Thank you to all who prayed for my DD last night (or sent well wishes). She was neg for Covid and x-rays also neg for pneumonia. AND she made it safely home WALKING from the hospital in the middle of the night, arriving home at about 2:30 a.m. Her DH will not use his credit card or ATM or whatever for a taxi bc he is afraid someone will steal the number and compromise his credit somehow. He is very paranoid about, well ... everything.Sending heartfelt wishes for her recovery.
