Was talking to my sister today about steaming veggies. I have never done it , dont have a steamer or a clue. we were talking about squash . Here comes DD with a big box of squash for the chickens today . Nothing wrong with them.

Jace's babies are doing good, and I should have ducks by tomorrow night! e

Hatching.... A bunch of the eggs I hav in now are clears, but the one LO egg (my favorite!) Is alive!
The DIY bator is holding fairly steady temps..... Really happy, for how much I spent on it! ($42)


Yes, I have land to keep em on. One small cabin in the woods and lots of trails and briars. It is wonderful....

Oh no! My chickens are my pets.
I still have all 15 adults, and they are healthy again.... It is/was MG. Still waiting on if it is still passable by using the chicks as guinea pigs... So far, no sniffles and it has been 3 weeks! So maybe I won't have to keep a closed flock.

I have 31 chickens now...... Oops!


So much for 25 max. I'm gonna be overrun with eggs....
