the sun was nice but only about 60* or so. I was thinking that labor as well but she was pretty close to Porter and everyone else.

Personally I think Enola is doing great so far for a first time mom. Star did have a calf last year, so she should know what to do.

Hopefully a 1/2 sister for tibbit's

Morning! Overcast and very dark here. So much so, alarm clock cockerel in the garage was 20 minutes late!

Camping, maybe she's only carrying one. The difference between between does with triplets, twins, and singles is pretty noticeable in deer anyway.

Sorry to hear you're feeling sick again, granny, but that would explain a lot. dang kid germs!
You had asked about my little garden, and I got some pics from last year loaded. (or rather #2 did for me) There are 3 raised beds, first one was mostly kale.

cucumbers and snapdragons

kale and nasturtiums

You can see how shady it is. Gets worse through the day.

beans and tomatoes

mystery volunteer, probably a gourd that didn't do anything the year before either.

most mornings things are damp from the fog

Beautiful garden Wishing...

Congratulations Twist. Tidbit is the bomb ! I havent heard word on Granny ? Is she ok ? I told you Porter is dangerous ! If that had been a girl he probably wouldnt of acted that way Is he separated from them now ?

I went to the swap just to talk with my friends. Calm down a bit. I get there just to find one of my friends has died. The man that first got me started with polish. I was heart broken. His daughter and for the first time ever his wife came to honer him and let everyone know of his passing. another friend bought his chickens and had some chicks. I picked one up and it died in my hands. He had 2 adult roos. they were just as pitiful . No meat on their bones, No feathers on their head. Feathers are just sticks . I bought one of them . a bantam far as I can tell. I will get a picture later. One death this am . This time in the house. Im thinking it has to do with the feed. ?? only thing in common except for water and myself.
