I peeled tom some apples and they are too hard for him to eat so I made some glazed apples out of them. Wonder if I put that duck in a 9x12 and poured them on top ? its still sitting in the fridge.

I found one. great idea though. 325 in the oven with the apple under and bacon on top 3-4 hrs. some of them said 7-10 min. on each side and some said med. rare .
