When Tom had his first stroke they said he probably wouldnt make it through surgery and if he did he would be a veggie. He was 95% blocked one side and 100% and ulcerated on the other. He was dying. I still call him my tomato head. The will is strong.

Simply amazing granny, I am so glad you have such a wonderful man by your side. After all your troubles you deserved to be treated like a queen and Tom treats you as such. May you both have many more years together.

That is too bad she couldn't rest, but they must be really concerned that she has some blockage in the neck artery as well. Wouldn't want her to have a stroke if that artery is blocked.

best to do it all and make sure..then treat what they have too..she will feel much better ..

My son needs a lesson. anyone remember an old country song I THINK was called No charge. I even want to say Tammy Wynette but really dont know. the child made a list of things he had done and what he would charge for them and the mama tells of all the things she has done already. thats him. I did something for you so now you have to do something for me and he dont mean tomorrow. as bad as I hurt he asked what is for dinner just now. I know he is tired and not hungry and I told him what ever he finds himself . I asked him to make me a bowl of cold cereal and was told no. I dont know if this has something to do with autism or not. He has always been this way.

I thinks it kids in general. My youngest daughter is 28 and she has her own apartment on our property. I still get text from her saying she is exhausted and coming home for dinner, what's for dinner? It doesn't matter how long I've worked all day and how long I might still have to work into the evening. Kids just think Moms are a restaurant lol.
