Afternoon all!
I moved my babies outside last night.
I only checked on them twice during the night.
I am fixing to go put them a frozen gallon of water to sit up against if they get too hot.
I'm worried about the heat.

x2. My dad wears grocery sacks on his feet, under his socks, when he's hunting. Keeps everything dry.
Everyone's fine. The baby I hatched that had open navel now has a stuff leg with curled toes. Think I'll cull it. It's half the size of the others.

have you culled some already ? I forgot about the grocery bags. Used to do that myself. I wasnt told how to wear them though. I put them on the outside of my shoes . hahaa slippery fun.

I'm back too. Was trying to get a close look at that second EE chick. Thinking it is still a pullet. Comb is flushed, but not pink, and the dark coming in on the wings seems more brown/gold than rooster red. Or maybe I am just seeing what I want to see.

I am having trouble with integrating them too. One of the Ameraucanas keeps going after the chicks whenever she gets the chance. Terrible. They are ready to roost too, and I know Buster would prefer it. Maybe that mean hen needs a week in solitary! Oh wait, the serama chicks are in that cage.

Need to sell them.

Wish so do all EE get this red feather in the wing?

Tippy, do you "hate" your pillow yet ? LOL I have a horrible relationship with pillows. Cant find a good one. and I think I have tried them all. Many people benefit from my pillow woes. I need someone to make me one like I had for 30 some odd years. LOL
