I need to ask you guys something gross. I have a wet cough that taste really bad . I thought i had sinus but my nose is clear. breathing seems ok too. Is it still sinus anyway? no fever .

Well, I don't know about your cough. I have had sinus problems but could still breathe through my nose, so it could be that. Eat a bunch of garlic and you won't notice the smell!
