My husband signed up for one of those produce boxes they deliver every week. We got collard greens! How do you cook them, like spinach?

how you cook your spinach ? I wash mine in salt water to kill any bugs, strip the leaves and use water or chicken broth just a couple few inches in the bottom cause they cook way down with salt and bacon grease.

Roll collards & slice into 1/2inch strips. Cook longer than spinach.

I hate cooked spinach. So I guess that was a stupid comment by me but if I was to cook it , I would rinse it, fry some bacon and onions the put the spinach in til it wilts. I like it fresh in salads.
