do you de-bone your chicken after cooking it ?? Great way to use up necks and backs and wings.

I bought skinless boneless thighs. I normally do yes but this was great ! went from freezer to pot in less then an hr. and I would just pick a piece up and tap the pot and it fell into pieces.
 
maybe you didn't boil then long enough. I pull one out and cut it open to check before pulling the whole pot off the heat

No, its like they collapsed on them self. Plenty done. Put too many in there I think. I have used about 4 cups of flour and have to watch Tom or Robert wont get any.
