I waited until feb tush deep in snow for my senior pics. We were waiting for my hair to grow out to it natural color. Had been in Summer theartre the King and I mom was tired of all the black hair spray 4 nights a week so she bought what she thought was a rinse. NOPE permanent turned her hand purple when she was applying it.
