So sorry about little Unable, Granny. I know you did everything you possibly could.

So many great people offering suggestions - and good ones at that. I've never hatched anything - except my kids. LOL Thank goodness I don't have to cook dinner on Thursday; we are going over to my brother's. Sister in law always does a huge turkey and a ham for their kids and grandkids. I'm making a chocolate cheesecake and blueberry cobbler to take.

thats nice mrsc, no family here. just a couple picky people. yes, every one had good ideas for the baby. wish suzierd would come talk. she felt bad and she has NO reason to. the yolk was the only thing the little one actually wanted to eat. it was myself shoving it with a syringe if anything. but remember me saying it sounded a little congested and i wanted to give it the denaguard? it probably had fluid in the lung the whole time from pipping wrong. I just realized i am not going to have Christmas money. LOL i either do dinner or a cheap gift. maybe they will learn what christmas is supposed to be.

well, found what i want for christmas ! its called the nest-espresso it is on Saturday night live. LOL where you at wishing ?? can you put that here?

7 people sounds like a lot to me. I bought 3 cornish rock. they are very tiny. bought some already made salads, mashed, ect... box of stuffing, jar of gravy. probably take about an hour to fix dinner. Them dust bunnys can be scary when your not expecting them. they do sneak attacks . at least we named the little guy right. he was truly unable. I am glad i had him as long as i did. I never held something so tiny. It was an experience i hope to repeat. what is for desert Twist???

Homemade pumpkin pie made with pumpkins I raised and pie crust make with home render leaf lard (I did) also chocolate pie. Mashed potatoes with butter and cream. Real whipped cream, greenbean casserole, jello salad with shredded carrots, celery, pecans, pineapple. Plus various pickles all home made except for the dill one. 17 lb turkey homeraised squash.

This is great!

A BYC fantasy. You remember the I Love Lucy episode where they move out to the country and Lucy decides to be a chicken farmer? They end up with a house full of chicks swarming through the living room. Must have been 500 chicks there. Well, that would you, granny, if you got a nest-espresso.

You can paste a YouTube video right in your post using the the little film icon next to the picture icon. Easy-peasy. Only took me a year to figure it out!

They had heritage free range bronze turkeys at Costco! We splurged and bought one tonight, 16 lbs. The dark meat looks really dark. Got 6 people coming, plus the 4 four of us. We are feasting on Friday because Hubs is going to a Thanksgiving day 49ers game with his brother, who is flying in from Maui. Gives me an extra day to dust all those bunnies.
