water is great for less painful exercise . was thinking of the Y for myself but i cant imagine wearing a suit.

Have you got a Y up your way? I know that Scott county has one, but Jefferson has nothing for water stuff except for the summer when the pool downtown and at Clifty open

As far as the suit thing--most have organized times when things like water aerobics, etc. go on and that tends to be less of the "young and beautiful" group and more of the "we all look a little worse for the wear" group, lol.

in Batesville there is one. not too bad for me. I would be very uncomfortable in a suit not so much how I look just having it on period.

drs. are hiding in fear of being sued . LOL they are so nice to me for some NEW reason. bringing me cold water asking what they can do for me while i wait. hahaa   My dr. should call tomorrow about my hand .  I am too young to have gout and Its a foot thing not a finger thing

So when do you see another specialist on your heel? I suspect you have carpal tunnel rearing its ugly head. When mine flairs its very painful & swells. The only relief I've found is to wear my splint 24/7. even at night. That's when it helps the most. After about 2-3 weeks of that it will stop flairing & I can go back to not wearing the splints.

I think they are trying to keep me from seeing someone over my foot. there is a 2 yr. limit on lawsuits and its been over a yr. sept. I keep asking and nothing is getting done. I will need to insist .

I have a chest cold. It is stuffy and hurts along with my eyes, nose and throat. Hopefully it will go by fast.
