Suggestion there granny next time take the chicken out of store packaging before you reheat. Plastic becomes brittle with to many heatings and usually those chickens are under heat lamp/lights at the store.

its 40 with rain and snow low of 32 for tonight.

Snuggle weather! Good stuff unless you have to get out of bed, then I'm OUT! Heck no to 40 deg rain. We get that here. Snow is fine, not a lot. and must be sunny crispy snow. Funny where ya'll are, especially southeast, the temps vary from daytime high to night time lows by 20 deg.Here in the semi desert, It can be 100 daytime and 60 at night.
