That's because you have to think about food to not eat it! An ugly, vicious circle. The best way I've found, where I don't have to worry about which foods to eat, is to just take half of my normal longshoreman's serving. That way I still get my ice cream! And eat it as slowly as I can. Normally, I rival a wolf in speed of consumption. Soooo, maybe you could have half a hot dog!

Yes think so, it's like pancake batter but you put them in the oven and they rise. Flour, eggs and milk is the mixture.

Yeah with gravy and you have them with your beef and veg. Very nice indeed!! I add a little of my mothers raspberry vinegar to them adds a bit of sweetness to them.
