    no he was a cajun story teller.

    he did do some cooking shows, mostly on cajun food.

    I think he started his career giving speeches to businesses, and companies, and started sprinkling some good cajun stories in to keep the audience's interest up.

    he just tells a great story about the history of cajuns,

    will tell ya'll, his cooking show and stories weren't all that great. if you can find any of his stuff from his albums, it is much better.
