5 days i think suzierd, has it been 5 days? I dont think i have gave him but 4 shots. tube fed him once and i have gave him a tiny amount of the tylan powder in the water. it is gone now. I know you can give shots twice a day but he has no muscle. little in the thigh got him there and under the skin some. once in the breast.  Rooster let me sleep til 5:30 wasnt that nice of him? I also have copd enola, I really dont know what i was thinking but since they are here tomorrow is supposed to be the worst night , might as well wait til the next day. I feel awful for bringing them in but probably just worried all night and not slept if i hadnt. my bedroom is the master bedroom and its about 24x24 then i have a humongous bathroom with a walk in shower and a garden tub then there is a walk through closet. it is a beautiful room, I just redone it paint decorations ect.. seafoam and teal colors and now i have chickens in there. 

Ok Granny seems like it had been longer to me for some reason. I like the water soluable kind to bad they charge so darn much for it. Well I sure hope he kicks this and starts drinking the Denagard.
Your bedroom sound awesome! Wish mine was that big. Well at least you got to sleep till 5:30 my cat jumped on my head at 5:00! Lol

you know, he is a big guy and i have a quart water thing in there like u use for the babies. I think i need something bigger. the best he ever did was that one tube fed with the egg,water and rooster booster.

I agree with Eggcessive. She's probably a black mottled Belgian d'Uccle (pronounced dew-clay). Very cute!! What do her chicks look like? And your Serama? Got pics?

Granny, I'm sure I'm not telling you anything new, but since the Seramas are inside and all feathered, they don't need the heat lights on (unless your house is freezing!). Keep them in the dark at night, cover the cage with a dark sheet or table cloth and you might get a couple more hours of sleep.

I would love to have a big room like that. We have plenty of rooms, but they are all small. Especially the bathrooms. Barely enough room to close the door with someone inside. You've heard of shabby-chic, I call our place cozy-cramped.

thank you for the advise, it is always welcomed. It is freezing in here. been trying to get warm all day but no heat on them. the little ones are acting cold though. they have their feathers and were born halloween so they should be ok at , and i am guessing, 69 degrees. been in cozy-crapmed all my life. this was moms room and she was the queen of her castle. lol have to get the nerve up to go out and do what needs to be done. hoping the babies didnt die. they are in the same place the seramas was except they dont have feathers. If they are fine I might take these back out. depends if i can take it or not. tonight is supposed to be much colder

I wanna write a cook book, LOL ya, I know. I am going to call it where there is a will, there is a way. wish i knew how to post it on a facebook page or something. I will give you guys the first recipe .finger lickin cccookies. 2 1/4 c.self rising flour, cup n half sugar, white/brown no matter mix em if ya wanna, some soda n salt bout a spoonful, half cup real butter, the kind thats so hard it wont mix, couple 3 fresh eggs, dont ferget to warsh em first. (oops) and some vanella if the ol man didnt drink it all. now, you throw all that powdered stuff in one bowl and the wet stuff in the other except sugar , thats a wet thing. git a fork and start mashing that butter into the sugar til your wrist hurts, then u grab the tater masher ifn u got one and git all that muck stuck in there, then u thow that thing away cus it aint never comin clean and ya, do the right thing and use ur hand like god intended. u start squsihing all that muck together then throw all the dry stuff in (that was so u could have more dirty dishes for later) and you mix that up with the wet junk then add a couple 3 cups of chocolate chips and still using ur hands stir that in to. Now, ur legs are hurting, ya got a big mess and ur hand is coated in ccc dough. stick the batter in the fridge, get ur coffe and sit down and enjoy that hand, You earned it !

Tried to have red beans and rice and cornbread last night. Burned the cornbread and scorched the beans when they were five minutes from being done. So husband started a fire and we had s'mores for supper.

hahaha yup ! I just did this !! wish i had thought to use my hands before. would of made a lot more cookies. hahaa
