But theres nothing er will do. they wont give steroid shot . I know that from past pains.  If it get much worse I will go but not right now.

You need to get hooked up with a doctor from a Neuromuscular & Rehabilitation Facility. If this pain is being caused by the SI joints a steriod injection can be injected into the joint, but it has to be done using a Florascope to guide the needle to the correct location.
