We (Robert) have un-installed chrome and the computer seems to be working better. Evidently there are lots of issues with chrome judging from their questioner after you uninstall it.

This was much the same he has been in a nursing home for awhile.  Tumor in the brain.   Was unable to talk  and man did he like to talk.  He would still shake his fist at you tho.

Sounds very much like our friend. Shaking the fist He coped with his illness very well and with humour too but it was heart breaking watching him go down like he did. Always very active being a farmer but over the last year he could hardly leave the house. He had recovered once from prostate cancer but was never sent for any check ups after been given the all clear. By the time they found this cancer it had already spread and to his neck which caused paralysis.
