That's why I'm sad about not cooking this year. Turkey salad, sammies, two things I LOVE for extra stuffing...1) Big fat mushroom cab with a glob of stuffing baked. 2) 3 eggs whipped, 1 c stuffing, mix together. bake in small round pyrex dishes. Little cheddar cheese on top.
