you can/could also use a cookie press for the Norwegian ones sort of like a spritz I believe Lol, guess I got lucky again. I take my sugar cookie recipe & add it to my cookie press. I pick a certain shape then carefully poke the center with a wooden spoon handle. In the little divit I made, I add a tiny amount of homemade seedless raspberry jelly. Bake & cool, then scantly drizzle a lemon flavored icing. So yummy if I say so myself.
I do that too! Just the jelly though, mine would dissolve with icing.
