whats wrong with him campingshaws? lots of strep going around. :( Twist, I dont think i am understanding. if you have them sign a paper that you will hold say, 500.$ deposit for the contents of the room on their credit card , then you are not allowed to collect it? make them all pay for rental Insurance. In your name ? back ground checks? or, you could just turn them all into chicken coops. LOL

He's been throwing up since 1 am. Not eating a bit, not even oyster crackers (his favorite). I keep giving him sprite until we can get some pedialyte or Gatorade, just so there's something in his belly. No fever, though. I finally turned off cartoons so maybe he'll sleep a bit.

grrr... think the would do the same with a different rooster? they are only 4 months. Incubator is holding its temp. so far. grandson lied to me about feeding and watering the chickens.

they were starved for water an hr. after he said he he did it. no food. one chick looked bad. I caught them in time to save them but it may affect them later. grandson cried for a while only because he got caught but when i was done talking to him he realized (i hope) how they felt being thirsty .
How old is he?

I think I just figured out how the saying "Liar, liar pants on fire" came about. Cuz kids used to get a their rear end warmed.

Rancher, isnt that a chipmunk in your trap?

aww that's too bad, bet he felt horrible after you caught him in the lie. He will probably not want to disappoint you again or take the chance that his actions could cause death to the birds. Does he have warm clothes for doing outdoor chores? I know you said most of the kids didn't have warm stuff to wear outside. Is it possible he's rushing with the chores because he's getting too cold. He probably misses doing chores with Nana too.

Hold on. Is this true? Is someone helping with the situation? When I miss a lot of posts I just skim through them.

it is true, they came from NC. and didnt have need of heavy coats. so far we have scored 3 for the youngest. no gloves except for my 2 pair i have gave them. we are doing the thrift stores though and it was warm today. they all have jackets, just not very warm ones yet.
