Back and caught up . The plumber is a man the boiler inspector is female (very "healthy" looking lady) She had failed 3 things so after she left called the plumber he came over reprogammed the one thing and the other 2 had been passed/ok'd by her stupid-visor the idiot just didn't bother to let her know that. Got her to come back as she was still in town , so we had a 3-way (shut up Red) I mainly watched/listened, bottom line is we have passed and are good for 2 years when she will be back to inspect again.

So got the Christmas cards from the city today. (tax bill) They just kill me. Raised the True and full value of the motel from 496 k to 689 k and then have the BALLS to state that the "net effective tax rate" is down from 1.05 % to .97% really then why is the actual bill going from 5200.00 to 6700.00 sure looks like and increase to me. The school portion was about 800.00 4 years ago and this year (2014) its 4300.00 1 new grade school and a 65 million $ middle school currently being built. AND all of this is after a 12% credit being paid by the state from the oil revenue tax. otherwise I would be paying 7600.00

I need to have all you ladies come up here and neuter most of the men then no more kids and no more new schools.

you can fight that assessment . Is the broiler being inspected because of business property or does that happen for homes as well ?

oh gosh ! nephew can do it I think ? I hope I dont forget to ask. He is 32 yrs. now and a certified mechanic . He makes good moneys. he has been cetified for 10 or more yrs.. Very proud of him as I half raised him and we are so much a like. my DD was much like his mom.
