So I cut out some pieces for the ginger bread contest... I have a quick question.. should I paint if first with egg whites and food coloring or bake it and and ice it with the lemon juice powdersugar glaze.....

So my brother called they got the package. Here is what I got in order from him, 1) we got your package 2) THANKYOU 3) why is the carmel runny , he meant softer I think , told him it wasn't runny when it left my house, get the fark out of TX and no problems. KEEP in mind last year he complained because it was to "hard". Thinking next year he can go with out.

and he truly knows just which "buttons" to push. Also I am the only one with the carmel recipe (evil laughter) I may just mail care packages to his 2 kids (who no longer live at home) next year and NONE for him.

so in "real" measurements for a double batch 1/2 cup plus 6 tablespoons double equals 1 and 3/4 cups of butter . I think LOL HELP ME OUT there Camping
