Also I believe that you are not supposed to breed to "frizzels" together as a double frizzle gene is lethal?? or was that the double muff gene.
and no I am not wearing rose colored glasses or on any medications.

two frizzles make a sparsely feathered bird or curly,not desirable but not lethal gene.
breeding 2 frizzles together produces frazzle. I had one and it was butt ugly. its head and butt were bald. couldnt tell if it was coming or going . lol so what bobby says is right, the feathers are just so very brittle. I am pretty sure i dont have a pink chicken either. not unless one of the kids grabbed on with sticky fingers. Too much wine ?? SS= speckled sussex .
