I usually will pop a bunch of sleepy time bags into my kettle and then just leave on a low simmer when I am done with hot tea for the night turn off the heat throw the leftover tea in the fridge. And used tea bags go to the chickens.

thats right. I bought some pepermint flavor for hot chocolate and even one drop was too much. LOL So I am growing it now on the back porch and I put it in my tea too.
