Mine is in May. I treat myself to a nice lunch and a pass through Target.

York do you travel much? I have two friends in England, and the both travel so much! One has come to visit me several times. This year she went to Brazil.

No we don't go far at all. With having our own business it's hard, no work = no money. Plus getting someone to look after all the animals at the same time is a nightmare :barnie

I'm a home bird!!

:hugs

DH has gone to town for "the last load" of pallets, at least for a while. He gave me that incredulous crazy eye when I said I was painting/staining the boards before they go up. But I know for sure I've seen the diy shows do it that way. I can't imagine it being any more difficult or time consuming.

saves time on the ones you need a ladder to reach.........other wise, would only save time, if you couldn't put them up for some reason.

That's good Linda if you only have 1 cockerel

Guess it depends too on if I use the paint or the stain. Too many decisions...

well, I'd read the deck paint label. you may be able to apply over stain.

prestaining, or painting to me is always a PITB. paint one side and edges. wait for dry. paint other side and touch up edges. wait to dry.

eats up allot of saw horse space.

camping, is your sideing going to be shiplapped, or board and batten?
