the chicks we hatched are doing great. I moved them outside last weekend, to an enclosed coop, with one of the big plastic totes set on its side, and the heat lamp directed at it, for them to get under if and used for wind break.
we also ordered 25 chicks.
15 pullet SLWs
5 rooster SLWs
10 white leghorns.
we earned two mystery chicks. one looked like it might be a White Crested Black Polish......but it died.......the other mystery still remains a mystery.......we also lost one of the white leghorns, it was weak from the beginning.
thes ordered chicks are currently living in two brooder bins in the house...

I have one candy corn. she was sold to me as a tolbunt . another member on here bought a few too and had a fit because they were not tolbunt . I think he shut the lady down. I sent her a money gram from wal mart. cost $25 for that. they get it in 5 min. gut turned around and sold them for the same price. Most of mine were DOA. she sent them again, she was a nice person and they were DOA as well so for the 3rd time she sent me cash and I ended up with one. PO sucks here.
