I don't know. Never made it to the end!

Oh, might be about the type of heating pad you can use. Most of them turn off after 2 hrs. You have to get one where you can switch of the automatic shut off. Or you just have to have a really old one like mine.

The chicks are much less stressed not being under a light. Lots of happy peeping comes from under the cave.

wonder how those are compared to heat light as far as electric bill goes.. I think there nice and might make some not for heat but to make them cozy. I bought a ceramic cave for these guys and they seem to like it but outgrew it fast.
