Attimus, seen one someone used marine varnih . very beautiful but more important could give it a scrub down.

I am off to try and sleep. I have seen enough out of this bator to try the polish when I get these guys out. night

Rest well. And good luck on the next set. Staining it feels so superficial compared to making it work but I just want it to look nice and be functional.
I'll look into that stain but will probably just get something from the local Mom and pop.
