We're supposed to be getting bad weather this week, about 8-10 inches of rain altogether. Today is clear, so I'm going to work on disinfecting the old coop and getting it ready for the hona pair. I want to get a load of sand but DH isn't really interested. So may have to wait for that.

Moving slow this morning. So much to do, I don't want to do any of it. :/

DH is working on a coop for them this morning.i told him he had a month or i would just keep them in the house..

it is a small storage building shaped like a barn.redwood paint..only thing it's been used for is the chicken feed and supplies..so I think it will be perfect for the little ones..needs windows and more vents..

Lol mine's in the house now. If I take him to the living room he walks over to the chicks and wants me to put him in with them. He loves them to death. We left his door open on the kennel and he never come out until the other night. He walked over to the bed wanting me to pick him up. I got his blanket, picked him up and he barrier his face up against my neck and shoulder and went to sleep. Pearl was already asleep so when she woke up she had a surprise lol. The next night she put him in the kennel and before she could shut the door he was out walking towards me to put him in our bed. This continued several times and im laughing my butt off. She finally got him in and he wouldn't shut up for awhile. I know he'll try it again tonight lol.
