I find her in the garage all the time, poking around, looking for spilled bird seed and checking the dog dishes.
 
Granny I have 3hens that fight each other to get in my lap. Two will each pick a leg and peck at each other before one falls off. I have hand feed them a lot. And when they are out free ranging I have to stay out with them because of hawks
 
are they not cooked done ? they look good. The dog is just waiting. hahaa

Cooked to medium or medium rare. They are delicious.

Everyone agreed they are more like beef, but gamier tasting.

Scooter is there to guard against marauding chickens!


Here was my plate with a little piece of lamb shank to try too. I skipped lunch, but ate way too much.
 
so you had chop and shank ? Im not sure what the shank is. I hear a lot of people talk about meat being gamey but I dont know what that means as I have never ate anything except buffalo burger. It was good
