Health & Safety and training providers. We provide H & S advisors on construction sites and train people on forklift trucks and other plant machinery. I don't do the training of things like that, I run the office side of it. Paper work, accounts and the like.

you can tie up some fresh barley and put it in the water for your algae and a few pennies as well if you have them ? copper being the thing that stops algae. Sounds like your pump is over heating though and that means its garbage. My pong is only a liner pre-formed at 220 gallon.

You know me, I don't take offence on things. In fact I have had a good chuckle to myself here :lau I arrived in the world in 1981 or maybe I was beamed down, who knows!!
The other half is pushing 50, he's 48.

Some one told me about barley before, I may try that there is lots here at the moment as it's harvest time.

That is awesome york, I am very proud of you and yours ! Owning your own business at 34 is a feat overlook by the most of us. My DD told me today the 2 weeks they have been in business they have brought in $1800. [IMG] Of course their rent together at both places adds up to $1250. add the $300 elect. and the gas guzzler and all the other bills and they are just as broke as i am. hahaa

same yr. my DD was born. LOL as far as the barley, for a little fountain just cut a small bunch about the size of a pack of drags (smokes) and tye it up with a bit of ribbon and drop it in. It will take a couple weeks to start working and if you want to clean set it to the side, dont spray it off.

Thanks granny :highfive: At 2 weeks there is plenty of time for them to build things up. "From tiny acorns mighty oaks grow" What business are they doing?

OMG Nipples make me cringe oh no :sick Not my cup of T!! I would like a tattoo of Charlie's name on me but I'm scared what if I got it started then it hurt too much and I was left with half a name or something like that!! I'm a whimp but would love one. Oh and a really nice horse stood on its back legs would be good too.

I will just have a look for them.

I thought the same thing. He told me they can put ?FAKE? ink on you to see how you would be able to handle it before actually doing the tattoo.
