I loved my SFH! They lay a light cream to tan egg. Definitely doesn't look strore bought but might not be dark enough for your customers, unless you could come up with some marketing ideas....

as long as they aren't stark white  I should be fine.  The silver lace Wyandotte lay's a very light tan/taupe

Very sturdy, friendly and outgoing chickens in all colors! Great layers also. Tippylou approved! 

and I think ChickenLady is impressed with them also.   Just waiting for her to get a large collection together and them I might road trip that a way. 

Working on it Twist, added a new unrelated blood line a couple hatches ago. Praying they won't all end up being roo's

I think I ended up hatching like 6 from those eggs & I've hatched about 6 from mine. So I've got a good start on building my flock

You know what might be a good way to help you celebrate earth day.... Unless it's to late. You should cut some starts from any house plants you have to get a root base. Then you will have extra house plants.

Hi everybody! I'm back. Sorry for Linda and granny and Red not feeling well today.

made 4 grilled cheese 2 of them w/ bologna and no one said a word. Has everyone run out of words ? you can reuse the same word twice ya know.

I was waiting for one of the car pool moms come by and get some eggs. Then we were chatting about some of the things going on at school. Oy vey. Political correctness has now reached a point where it is causing more harm than help. Teacher suspended, students suspended, and for no good reason that we can see. One parent complains and it is taken as the word of god. No common sense any more.

Isn't that hysterical? Hopefully, the teacher didn't turn the mom into CPS!
