it had air in the line and he didnt want to seem as stupid as he probably is so he said nothing. lol they always have to be bleed after working on them. only other thing would be a hole in your brake line so drive it slow for a while. SIL worked on my computer today as DD fed us. I still havent slept . almost everything on here has been erased. It was a relief to see this still here. I did have a good time - had been far too long (years) since I had been back there and I hadn't seen my mom since her accident last year, so it was a visit long overdue. The visit was far too short, yet I was also over-ready to be home again, if that makes any sense. We really didin't "do" anything - worked on helping them get settled into the new place and getting the other house ready for the next step - but it was a vacation for my mind that was much needed.
Sitting up tonight saying a long goodbye to an old friend - will be taking our old man cat in tomorrow to ease his passage over the rainbow bridge. We've had 15 good years together, but this last night sure does feel like it's going to be a long one.

I did the same thing for my Aussie whn I put her to sleep. After her visit to the vet to confirm failing kidneys, Mike and I let her sleep between us in the bed that night. All 60 pounds of her.

The next morning, we took her to the vet for the last time.... We had her cremated and she is in a beautiful wood box on a dresser from my childhood that I still have.....

I do shut the door when there are other people in the house LOL and try to remember to shut it when alone but sometime the catch doesn't catch. Also I have always brought the other pup in the bathroom with me as at that stage of their development we are still house training and I don't trust them.. Beth is the only one who has a warm lemonade fixation. And then her feelings are hurt as I don't want any puppy kisses. Now I did have a male (Beth's grandpa) who use to "mark his territory" or lift his leg on Abby ( Beth's grandma) all the time. Asked my old vet what was up with that and Vet said well "it boils down to Hymn's an @sshole" His name was Hymn Null. Or it could have something to do with Beth's father's name which is Yuri Null. Think my next stud will be Crimna Null. Then all the pups can be escape artists. All my males are Nulls of some kind. And females religious of some type. I know way to much free time. Well glad your van is working now Granny and safe to transport chicks from the stores back home. LOL SWEET DREAM AND WARM FUZZIES to all

Hi everyone. I've been reading this thread for a few weeks and just now got to the end, so I thought I would actually join in! And yes I really did read all 529 pages.

I just wanted to say I am so sorry about your kitty. We had to put one of our dogs down on Saturday and it just about broke my heart. I'm getting teary just typing this. She was my dog for 12 years, I had her before my husband and I even moved in together, when it was just me on my own. She was wonderful. Lots and lots of virtual hugs.

I am so sorry about the passing of your dog - it sounds like she had a good, long life full of love - can't ask for much more than that. Thank you for your kind words.

Just went through that with my son as you all know. He spoke his name last night !! first time. I was surprised. maybe he is on the way to healing now. @ Suzeird, Crack me up. pictures in your head. lol I can only say i am glad it is you and not me.

they dont close the door and they dont lower the lid. very happy to have my own bathroom now. It was a long time coming.
