I've been reading, and am caught up, but I can hardly remember anything that I read, lol.
I almost went and got some lavender orps and lavender ameraucanas yesterday, I was even on my way to the freeway, and then I got ahold of myself and decided that I didn't need more chicks. Lol! I'm pretty confident that my blue orp is a roo, but hopefully just a very, very late blooming girl. He still only has feathers on the end of the wings, not even the whole wings, and is over 3 weeks old. Looks like a monster sized newborn. I may have already talked about this so forgive me if I did.
I am going to be so sad if he is a boy though which is what spurred me to go get a couple more chicks, but I'm already over the legal limit and I want to be able to hatch some or get new babies next year. So... I turned around. Sigh.
DH is taking an exam today for a job prospect. He really wants out of his current job, but he's not the best test taker, so I'm worried about it. He would be GREAT at this job, if he can just pass the test!! If he can do that and get an interview he will be golden. That man could charm a cobra without breaking a sweat.
